1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Change of mind is not accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
4. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
